I’m a real estate agent in Dubai , have met many clients in my life. Mostly Clients have asked me one question that is what thing should we consider before buying a villa. Either they are Expats or Local residents of UAE. This question takes a very long discussion and sometimes the transfer of information between me and the clients continues for more than an hour as well.
